Aging: 4 months in contact with French oak, medium toasting, 4 months in bottles in cellar with controlled light, humidity and temperature.

Objective: To reach a varietal wine, faithful to its origin and condescending with the quality of our grapes, developing a wine, fresh, young and enjoyable.

Tasting Notes: Intense red, bright, with violet edges that reflect its youth and intensity. Intense, complex with clear notes of jams, plums and spices, combined with notes of vanilla and mocha for its contact with oak barrels, predisposes us to try a great wine. With a sweet entry of ripe tannins, balanced and with good persistence, a great varietal that invites to the second glass. Roasted red meats, red sauces, roasted lamb, etc.
