Aging: 3 months in contact with French oak, medium toasting, 2 months in bottles in cellar with controlled light, humidity and temperature.

Objective: Pinot Noir is a variety that is characterized by its subtlety and complexity, for this reason we have respected its characteristics to the fullest, providing a subtle touch of oak.

Tasting Note: Light red, bright, clean and deep that reflects its youth. Complex with clear notes of plum jams, light touches of strawberries and flowers, combined with notes of vanilla and mocha for its contact with oak barrels. With a smooth entry of ripe tannins, balanced acidity of good persistence, a great varietal that invites to the second glass.
