Cabernet Franc


Aging: 8 months in 225 liters barrels, French oak from first to third use, 4 months in bottles in cellar with controlled light, humidity and temperature.

Tasting note: Cabernet Franc, our latest addition to our portfolio of wine and some form of mention it, a big issue coming to honor our top of the range line.

It is imposed with a shade violet-concentrate and bright red. Aromatically is a complex wine that takes great advantage of red fruits and aromatic herbs. It is balsamic once you breathe into glass with a good supply of spicy, chocolate and coconut, the combination of French and American oak barrels. His attack is intense but thanks to a refreshing acidity achieved flow unctuous and with good body. In the middle of the mouth is juicy with firm tannins. Long finish with fruity aftertaste.
